Do we know if this light will have an exclusive ped phase or other complications? Patches on patches describes most main streets in Boston. I work in the complex on Sprague St next to the Amazon Warehouse. It will take nothing less than an act of god or maybe a violation dispensing police officer to keep those intersections clear of cars "blocking the box" and causing gridlock. I hope whoever is assigned the monumental task of timing those new lights has a few degrees in urban planning and traffic mitigation.
And there are roughly new residential units scheduled to be built on either side of that bridge. The residents of those units are going to be noncar driving, train riding Millennials. They don't even want cars. Help keep Universal Hub going. If you like what we're up to and want to help out, please consider a completely non-deductible contribution.

West Milton Street Bridge. Many city intersections turn over to blinking mode at 3 AM. Ignore them. If you don't like it, buy a bike.
You still have to stop for them, but you don't have to wait. Better yet, rent a bike. Please point me to the location of a Bluebikes station in Hyde Park. Why not wait? Thank you so much for all your hard work, and congratulations! This is a topic so very close to my heart, and I am beyond thrilled to learn that there is actually a book about it! We had our first daughter while we were serving Cambodia, and even though we are back in the States now we long for our girls to know the world as good, and to be compelled to care for all people and all of Creation well.
Found your blog and will now order your book!

Congratulations, on this great work, I think it is going to bless a lot of families! Thank you Jamie for writing from your heart and setting this little birdie free!
Cannot wait to hold your book and the journeys we will take thanks to your diligence and curiosity. Happy Book Launch! What a blessing! I know how hard the work is to put a book between covers. Editor assigned to our project. I never knew what went into a book. My family has been beyond great through all this. We are globally-focused as we home educate. We have a cultural day with other home educating families once a month and read missionary stories and sponsor children and host missionary friends in our homes and travel on short-term trips. So grateful for your hard work.
Your book is in my Amazon cart as we speak. Thank you, Patty—sounds like the book will be a perfect fit for you! And oh my yes, so, so much work and waiting goes into filling the pages of a book—it gives me a newfound appreciation for each one I casually pick up!
All the best on your own writing journey…. Congratulations, Jamie.
